Can Search Engines and AI Read Your Website? Start with a Free Check

Run a free, read-only check to see what a crawler can fetch from your public website—and understand what the result can and cannot tell you.

A website can look complete to a person and still leave an important question unanswered: what can an outside crawler actually fetch from it?

That matters when a potential customer, search engine or AI assistant tries to understand what your business offers. A free website check gives you a quick, concrete place to start.

Start with what a crawler can fetch

The Infoholder Website Check opens a few public pages the way a crawler does. It does not sign in, submit forms or make changes to your website. Enter a web address and run the check to see what was fetched at that time.

This is useful when you have just launched a site, changed important pages, or want to check whether key information is visible beyond the browser experience.

How to use the result

1. Enter your public website address.

2. Run the check and review the pages and content it could fetch.

3. Compare what appears in the result with the information a new customer needs: what you offer, where you operate, how to contact you, and what they can do next.

If an important detail is missing from what the crawler fetched, check that it appears clearly on a public page. If you are unsure why a page was unavailable, ask the person who manages your website to investigate.

What this check does not tell you

A crawler fetch is only one useful signal. It is not a search ranking, a full technical SEO audit, a traffic report, or a guarantee that a search engine or AI assistant will recommend your business. The result reflects what the tool fetched during this check; it does not predict how every crawler will behave.

Use it as a first look, then review the rest of the customer journey. Once people can find your business information, make the next step clear too: enquire, book, register or browse your products. Infoholder Studio helps businesses bring those customer actions together with the information customers need.

A website check can reveal what a crawler can read. A ten-minute test on your phone reveals a different part of the journey: whether a customer can choose a service, request a time and understand what happens next.
